As a novice baking enthusiast this class held by head baker Megan at the Lily Vanilli bakery in East London was a no brainer.
The cobbled street mews holds the quaint bakery not too far from Hoxton. Filled with a plethora of trendy flavoured baked treats yet decorated in somewhat a traditional vintage style.
£150 down, the class included training from some of Londons best talent in the piping world. Drinks, baked snacks and the cake you decorate goes home with you. Sounded like a win win to us, so off to the intimate class we went.
Around 8 of us excluding our instructor, the kitchen Island was filled with freshly baked chocolate & vanilla 2 tier cakes, all the plush gear necessary for a smooth finish and our name tags.
The filling options were Salted caramel, frozen raspberries with American butter cream. Honestly we're not writing this to sell it to you but it really was worth the price. The training we received was 2nd to none, the confidence gained towards decorating not to mention the outcome of our cakes! We were impressed to say the least, we also brought our teen daughter along as a birthday present. This class does accommodate all levels, let us know if you have tried it out.

The main features of this toothbrush a sensored app which tells me if I am applying too much pressure and visually ensures I have brushed each tooth adequately.
The design is sleek, the app lets me know when its fully charged and when it's time to change its head. This is an issue on the basic model my family use, their toothbrush will just cut out.
3 hour fast charge time, the charger itself is magnetic compared to my wife's oral b vitality she is definitely stuck in the dinosaur ages (I have upgraded her too)
It feels high quality, it feels like an advanced piece of tech. The toothbrush vibrates and rotates best of both worlds. My wife's standard oral-b charge time is lasting around 48 hours this is giving me 7 days at least.
To be fair with the price tag it should be longer, when you remove the head to charge there isn't the ugly dangerous pin sticking out- this is always a concern for me.
The question is, is this worth the premium price tag of £250 (whilst currently on sale)
If you want a premium feel with premium results then yes, however you can get a great Oral-b toothbrush that can produce similar results at the £100 - £150 price point.
Do I feel like its an investment yes, am I happy I bought it also yes.
